Does my Xplore Technologies product come with a warranty?

Yes. If your product purchase is from an Authorized Xplore Reseller you have a one- to three-year warranty (varies by model). (Please refer to Xplore's Published Warranty Policy Statement for specific term and coverage details.) Xplore offers warranty coverage for additional years for products purchased through authorized resellers. If you want to verify a reseller's status prior to your purchase please contact Xplore.

Does Xplore offer paid customer support programs for out-of-warranty products?

For customers who purchased our product through an authorized reseller but whose warranty has expired, we have a plan to give you repair support at a non-warranty repair rate. The cost is a fixed labor rate, plus parts. (Internet or eBay purchases are not covered or supported under Xplore warranty.)

Xplore does not support any product that was not purchased through an Authorized Xplore Reseller. There are other resources outside of Xplore where users share information and product knowledge. Xplore does not endorse any third-party websites or provide support to these sites. Using any of these sites is "at your own risk" and Xplore will not be responsible for any data posted there that may affect the operation of or damage your products. How can I find the current BIOS version that is running on my tablet?

1. Click on Start/Programs/Bios Setup Utility/Bios Setup Utility
2. Click on Information Viewer tab. Beneath the Information Viewer tab it shows Welcome to BIOS Setup Utility and the page shows you the basic system configuration. Under that sentence will be the correct BIOS Version of your tablet.
Or - Another way to find this information is to press the P2 button when the tablet is powering up and as the Xplore splash screen appears to get into the BIOS Setup Utility. Once you've reached the set-up screen look for the listing "System BIOS Version" and your current version will be listed to the right.

How do I know If I have a WILDCAT 1, 2 OR 3?

All of the Wildcat 1 units will have only one USB Port.
All of the Wildcat 2 units will have 2 USB Ports.
The Wildcat 3 will have 2 USB Ports but it will also have a fingerprint scanner.
The Wildcat 3 will have a removable hard drive and PCMCIA slot.

How long will my 5700/7600 MAH battery last?

The 5700 MAH battery averages ~ 3.5 hours of use, dependent on the power management settings.
The 7600 MAH battery averages ~ 4.5 hours of use dependent on the power management settings.

What can I use to clean the display screen on my tablet?

To clean the display screen, dampen a soft cotton cloth with water or isopropyl alcohol and gently wipe the screen surface.
