Business Situation

To improve accuracy of military personnel manifests, this Homeland Security organization needed to implement an automated data recording system to accurately track onboarding registration and deployments.

Solution

This DHS organization deployed Rugged Tablet PCs from Xplore Technologies so that authorized personnel could more accurately report work events and upload manifest data from their current outdoor deployment sites. Xplore's tablet was ideally suited for this customer as it delivered a sunlight-readable display and was able to withstand daily exposure to salt fog, rain, temperature extremes, potential drops and humidity.
